We all know that Babylonstoren is one of the best wine farms in South Africa and it makes perfect sense that they would have the best restaurant too. Yesterday’s lunch destination was the magnifique Babel restaurant at Babylonstoren. Tastefully styled the fresh produce picked right from their garden will have you wanting more. We were lucky enough to get a booking as the place is always booked out and we made sure we made the best of it. Ordered everything from the delicious monochromatic, greens, reds and yellows to the beef, fish and lamb. A wonderland of flavours enjoyed with the delicious Babylonstoren wines. The menu is simplistic yet has a lot of edgy surprises with the flavours. They pick it for you, clean it and then serve it. Look at putting aside 3-4 hours to spend there so you can enjoy the farm tour and take in the beautiful views and farm activities.
