4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
½ cup lemon juice
½ teaspoon garlic powder
ground black pepper to your taste
seasoning salt to your taste
2 teaspoons dried parsley
Step 1: Preheat grill to medium high heat.
Step 2: In a small bowl mix: garlic powder, parsley, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Mix until combined.
Step 3: Rub mixture over both sides of the chicken.
Step 4: Place chicken on grill and grill each side for 5-10 minutes depending on thickness or until no longer pink.
Step 5: Let rest for 5 minutes to let juices reallocate and slice to serve.
