This weeks recipe is a delicious Creamy Chicken Potato Bake, which I made using the very tasty Knorr Cheese & Bacon Flavour Potato Bake. I hope you guys enjoy this one it’s a perfect hearty dish for the festive season, so do give it a try and let me know how it goes.
Prep Time – 10 minutes, Cook Time 1h30m – Serves 6
6 potatoes peeled thinly sliced
4 chicken breast cubed
Knorr Cheese & Bacon Potato Bake
1 onion chopped
2 garlic cloves
300 ml cream
1 cup cheese grated
1 Red Pepper
1 Green Pepper
Preheat oven to 180C.
Spray a rectangular or square casserole dish with oil spray.
Layer half of the sliced potatoes in the dish, sprinkle potatoes with Knorr Cheese & Bacon Potato Bake.
Fry the chicken in a little oil in a frying pan until golden brown, and sprinkle with the Knorr Cheese & Bacon Potato Bake.
Place chicken on top of the potatoes.
Fry onion, peppers, mushrooms and garlic in the same pan for a few minutes.
Place on top of the chicken in the casserole dish.
Top with remaining potatoes and pour cream over.
Bake for 1 hour, sprinkle with cheese and bake for a further 30 minutes. Cover with foil if browning too quickly.
