Let me just start of by saying WOW! I really didn’t expect to find such an awesome little gem in the heart of Johannesburg. What makes it WOW is the beautiful abundance of culture surrounding it. It is only a pizza cafe so don’t expect a menu full of options but the atmosphere will blow you away. It’s vibey, trendy and totally happening. While sitting outside you get to experience the new urban youth culture of fashionista, dancers,artists and musicians who add that beautiful burst of culture that Wowed me! The food is very affordable and delicious, look at spending between R150-R200/$15 for 3 and the service is very good.

I definitely recommend that you guys try this place if you are ever in the Braamfontein area, 86 Public will truly make you feel like you are part of the city! Great conversations, great atmosphere,great service, great Pizza, great price and the list goes on and on. Do yourself a favour and go have lunch there soon. Before I forget the cocktail menu is on point so even if you just want to go for a drink or two with your mates it is a perfect place.
