My Herbalife Breakfast Almond Energy Shake

On days where I need a lot of energy and feel that I will need a slight positive mental boost, I like to start the day with a delicious skinny Almond Shake which I make using the Herbalife Cappuccino Shake mix. This shake is a perfect morning start as it helps me feel less heavy and bloated. All you need to get your day off to a good start is:

Ingredients:

2x Scoops Herbalife Cappuccino Shake mix
1 cup cold water
2 tablespoons almond flakes

Method:

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend 🙂  

After enjoying the shake I like to always have some fruits on the go, my go to when I make this shake is a few orange and grapefruit slices. Perfect energy & nutrition fuelled morning breakfast
