So the past two weeks I have been travelling a bit for work, friends birthdays and family gatherings which means I spent a lot of nights living in hotels and guest houses. One of those being Mavuta Boutique Apartments in Polokwane. I spent one night only at the apartments while I was in town for a few meetings. At this beautiful friendly boutique you can expect to be met by attentive hosts who make sure to create a soothing and relaxing feel to your stay.

The Apartments are spacious and clean, I stayed in apartment 1 which was filled with all needed amenities. The bed was remarkably comfortable with a great choice in linens for the sheets. I really loved the whole French Provençal feel of the apartment, it really screams pure luxury. You can expect lovely solid timber finishes, Persian rugs, and lush, bright warm fabrics throughout the apartment. Now I know why a room was R2850 a night lol, it was totally worth it since you get a fully equipped kitchen, premium DStv access and underfloor heated bathrooms. To top it all off they also offer in-suite butler dining services which was perfect for me.

Lovely place a bit on the pricey side but if you make group bookings then the price becomes pretty decent. Worth every penny and I will be sure to stay here again soon. Who knew that my home province had such amazing luxurious accommodations ( I clearly need to explore it even more). Happy Tuesday Everyone!!
