Day 7 of the 21 Day lockdown in South Africa. Here is a delicious easy to make Vegetarian Flatbread Pizza Recipe. Thin crust pizza lovers this recipe is for you. ENJOY!!

Ingredients
2 flatbreads
2 tablespoons olive oil
red and yellow bell pepper, sliced into thin pieces
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 cup Tomato Pizza Sauce
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
Method
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Toss vegetables with oil and black pepper
If you are using store bought flatbread, brush the flatbread with olive oil and place on cookie sheets. Bake for 5 minutes, so it gets a little crispy.
Remove from the oven and evenly cover with the pizza sauce, shredded mozzarella, the red and yellow peppers, and top it all off with sliced red baby tomatoes for more color and zing. Bake for 5 minutes more, or until the flatbread is crisp around the edges and the cheese is warm and soft.
Remove pizza from oven and sprinkle with grated cheese and basil. Serve and ENJOY!!
To make your pizza more delicious and colourful you can add more veggies of your liking. I just ran out of ingredients LOL.
