The Fire & Fest Butcher’s Festival will give you the opportunity to rub shoulders with the “who’s who” in the meat industry, from famous butchers right through to acclaimed foodies. You will be able to learn about various meat cuts, experience live cooking and pairing demonstrations. You will also learn how to buy the best meat while enjoying a range of other fantastic experiences. This festival is perfect day out for you and your friends.

I would pair a good marbled cut of meat with: a ravenous appetite, a long hot summer afternoon, a tall glass of something cold and an old dear childhood friend, with some belly busting laughs and memories on the side, finished with a sweet nap.
I would pair it with some roasted vegetables and a delicious butter mash potato and a glass of delicious red wine.
pair with some golden crispy fries and and ice cold beer. 🙂
I would pair it with Potatoes, Green Beans, and Corn with Lemon-Brown Butter Dressing 😛 and a a crisp glass of chardonnay just to lighten the meal.
I would pair the perfect steak with
Balsamic vinegar and red wine or just use red wine vinegar sauce seasoned with chille peppers and spices before grilling it.
Then serve with Mashed potatoes with garlic or horseradish and side salad

Serve with
Potatoes ,creamed spinach and mushrooms.
Then what is a steak meal with out red wine to sip hmmmmm yummy hey
I would pair a perfect piece of steak with some creamy mushroom pepper sauce, a baked potato with salt, pepper, chives and sour cream and some roast veggies like carrots, butternut and corn.
Braai the juiciest piece of prime cut steak over the coals after marinating it for two days in a mix of barbecue sauce and thyme.
Steak and shoe string fries with a cold beer 🙂
I would pair my steak with a delicious mushroom sauce, some grilled vegetables and a glass of Merlot.
I would pair it with some braised radishes with shallots & bacon.
Pair it with some gourmet pap and gravy and a cold castle lite
I would pair it with pap and chakalaka and a glass of ice cold Hunter’s
With Sautéed garlic asparagus spears, parmesan mash, blackcurrant and red wine reduction and a bottle of Vergelegen Cabernet Sauvignon
I would pair it with some pap and an ice cold beer mate.
