Uhm why did it take me so long to make my way to the awesomeness that is The Establishment in Diepkloof, Soweto? Just when you think Soweto can’t get any more rocking the lifestyle continues with this amazing culinary hot spot that offers a great mix of traditional, urban and glossy cuisine. The decor is very classy and the views of busy Diepkloof strip in Soweto make you feel like you have arrived.

When it comes to the food on the day I went, I found it to be very delicious and hearty but it could do with a little improvement when it comes to the presentation. I found the waiters to also be a bit lackluster which is weird considering that Soweto service is always so vibey and welcoming. Despite all that be sure to check it out, it’s quite a fun spot and the music will get you in good spirits for that weekend turn up.
