Table Mountain

It’s been 10 years since the last time I was on top of Table Mountain, so it made perfect sense that I completely freaked out at how beautiful the views are from up there. This was by far the best day of our bloggers trip for me. The sun decided to show up and allow us some time on top of one of the worlds seven wonders (I think my friend cried at some point because it was so beautiful). Besides it being super cold up there everything else was just absolutely majestic, making Table Mountain a definite bucket list must do, over and over again.

Some things to note before you book your tickets:
1. Double/triple check the weather your tickets are only valid for 7 days from purchase and Cape Town’s weather can’t be trusted.
2. Take a jersey or jacket it gets very cold up there. For those going up with kids please make sure your kids are dressed warmly.
3. Make sure to always stay on the pathways unless if you are in a falling off the mountain kind of mood, then I guess do you LOL.
4. Last but not least make sure to be prepared to be a photographer for the day, you will get asked by multiple strangers to please take pictures of them.

  1. Loved Burratta. For dinner went to La Boheme on Main rd Sea Point. Give it a try next time you are in Cape Town. Excellent food, wine recommendations and superb service. I would recommend highly.
